During the weekend participants intensely worked in teams with the support of experienced mentors. Andrej Juričko and Tine Nagy were mentors from STEP Institute. Each team developed their business idea and by the end of the weekend they have created a more or less functioning prototype for their product/service. On the last day teams had to pitch (present) their ideas before the expert jury (representatives of private companies and public institutions) and visitors of the concluding event. Awards were given to the teams that presented best product, best service, best business idea, best socially responsible idea and that had the best pitch. Participants chose their favorite mentor who also got a reward. During the weekend different lectures and presentations were organized and participants had the chance to listen and learn from experienced entrepreneurs. Special guests at the event were the major of Trbovlje and state secretary from Office of the prime minister. Additional activity at the event was "Lidl challenge": representative of Lidl company prepared a special business challenge for participants and they could work on it separately from their ideas and the best solution received an award. The event was an opportunity for participants to gain entrepreneurial knowledge and improve skills, develop their business ideas, meet new colleagues, partners and mentors and make first steps into the world of entrepreneurship.
